As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.
As one who is passionate about personal growth, I am honored to be a part of The John Maxwell Team of Certified Coaches, Teachers and Trainers. The need to grow skills to add value to our own business and a desire to add value to others, led me to this team of professionals. The partnership, mentoring, and training have assisted both our company and myself to expand and grow in unimaginable ways.
I have been assisting individuals through counseling, mentoring and growth groups for over 15 years. I completed my Master’s Degree in Vocational and Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Louisiana. Upon completion of my graduate degree, I worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant for 7 years in the private sector. Thereafter, I transitioned to individual counseling and group work with women, men and couples, assisting them in their own personal growth for 10+ years.
My husband and I presently own Manuel Builders, a residential design/build firm In Lafayette, Louisiana wherein I work as the Director of Leadership Development and Organizational Health. Coaching our team and assisting them with leadership development has made a huge difference in the company. As I continued to gain tools and see the difference this made in our own personal business, I founded Thryve Consulting to also include assisting others on their journey to becoming a more successful person, leader, and/or greater business company. My services include workshop presentations, lunch and learn sessions, master mind groups, and one on one coaching.
